HERE'S THE PROBLEM
Most female business owners and solopreneurs that I’ve met are passionate about helping people, the planet, and doing something innovative - and yet they struggle with earning good money doing what they love.
They have an incredibly beautiful vision, but that vision is simply a dream that has no clarity or direction to become actualized, or they don’t have the resources they really need in order to become successful entrepreneurs.
They become frustrated that they are overworked and not getting paid their worth. They are sacrificing so much in the hopes to one day live the life of freedom to spend more time with their loved ones and have more adventure in their lives. Instead, they feel like a failure and struggle with self-confidence issues.
Why is that?
Why am I witnessing so many heart-centered, hard working women unable to thrive while sharing their gifts and doing amazing work on the planet?
Here's some of the reasons why I believe this is happening…
- They doubt themselves and question their abilities, so either they give up or continue to stay small.
- They’re not feeling they have enough confidence or the skills to really pull it off.
- They feel alone like they’re on their own island and don’t feel fully supported by the ones closest to them.
- They are unable to clearly communicate what they envision nor able to get their message across succinctly to their potential customers and clients.
- They lack focus, clarity, and commitment. Then when they don’t get the results they’re wanting, they quickly move onto the next shiny object.
- They sacrifice themselves for others, setting their goals and aspirations aside.
- They become tired, overworked and experience burnout due to the 40+ hour work weeks with nothing to show for it in the end - missing out on life or not able to spend time with their loved ones.
- Ultimately, they lose hope and don’t believe that they’re able to succeed in their business, and worse - they feel like a failure so they accept mediocre lives.

According to a recent study, the GEM Report, the biggest motivations that many women have to starting a business is the desire to make a difference and to build wealth. Yes, that’s right. Women want to create something bigger than themselves.
And yet, the most common challenges that women face are:
1. Being taken seriously
2. Owning their accomplishments
3. Balancing business and family life
4. Having the right support.
Imagine how much more of a difference women can make when they know how to overcome these challenges!
And how much more fulfillment, happiness and wealth they can create!
The problems that women face are merely the symptoms of a deeper, underlying root cause of what’s really happening.

They do not have the mindset to pull it off, and continue to self-sabotage their own progress.

She is the former President of the ICF Orange County chapter, which provides continuing education and sets the standard for professionalism and ethical guidelines for coaches globally. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and continues to receive mentoring and coaching by world-renowned experts and thought leaders in history.
